Privacy policy

Contact form. When you send us an audit or mockup request we receive the details you type: your name, business name, business type, the channel you prefer, a contact address and your message. We use it only to reply to you and prepare what you asked for.

Client portal. Clients who log in with Google give us their Google account email and display name so we can show them their own sites, statistics and access details. We never see your Google password.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics and a self-hosted Umami instance) to count page views and understand which pages are useful. They do not build profiles or track you across other sites.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept briefly for security and debugging.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.

Our product demos run entirely in your browser on sample data. Nothing you type into a demo is sent to us.

The site is hosted on Vercel and our client data lives on Supabase. Contact-form email is delivered through Resend. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms and industry-standard security. Some of them are outside Thailand.

saang studio uses a Meta developer app only to manage our own advertising on our own Facebook and Instagram accounts. That app does not collect, store or process any information about people who use Facebook, Instagram or this website. If you interact with our pages or ads on Meta platforms, Meta's own privacy policy applies to that activity.

Contact requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can follow up. Client portal data stays for the life of the client relationship. Analytics are aggregated and hold no personal identifiers.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@saangstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. See our data deletion page for the exact steps.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes for existing clients will be sent by email.
