Data deletion

Send an email to hello@saangstudio.com with the subject line "Delete my data" from the address you used with us, or tell us which business name or contact details you sent.

We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email when it is done.

Your contact-form requests and the emails they created, your client portal account and the credentials it stores, and any notes we hold about you in our CRM.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records, for the period Thai law sets.

Our Meta app is used solely to manage our own advertising and does not store data about Facebook or Instagram users. If you have reached this page from a Meta data-deletion request, the same email above is the way to ask, and we will confirm in writing that nothing is held.
